Cancellation Policy

Please Read These Terms Carefully Before Using our Services!

At Demysity, we strive to provide students with access to high-quality online education from leading universities and colleges worldwide. Our course offerings involve partnerships, seat allocations, and faculty scheduling that require advance planning and commitment. As such, we have adopted a strict no-cancellation policy to ensure smooth operations and fairness to all parties involved.

1. No Cancellation After Enrollment Once a student completes the enrollment process for any course on our platform: The enrollment is deemed final and binding. No cancellation requests will be entertained under any circumstances. No refunds, full or partial, will be issued once enrollment is confirmed.

This policy is in place because: Course seats are limited and allocated exclusively upon enrollment. Universities/educational partners are notified immediately, and resources such as learning material access, instructor assignments, and seat blocking begin at that point. Administrative and backend processes are activated, incurring costs on our end.

2. Student Acknowledgement By enrolling in a course, students explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following: They have reviewed all course details, curriculum, eligibility, and terms before proceeding with payment. They understand and accept that once enrolled, the course is non-cancellable and non-transferable. They take full responsibility for ensuring the course suits their academic and career objectives.

3. Exceptional Circumstances While we maintain a strict policy, in rare and exceptional cases (such as legal disability, verified serious illness, or a documented error from our side), students may submit a formal written request to our Student Support Team. However, such exceptions are: Not guaranteed and are subject to internal review and final decision by our management. Time-bound – such requests must be made within 3 days of enrollment with full supporting documentation.

4. Legal and Consumer Policy Compliance This cancellation policy is framed in accordance with relevant Indian consumer laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and aligns with standard practices for digital and service-based offerings. As digital course access often begins immediately upon enrollment, the “cooling-off period” applicable to physical goods may not apply.
