Once a student has successfully enrolled in a course, it is understood that a seat has been reserved specifically for them. This seat is blocked and associated administrative and academic processes are initiated with the respective institution. As such, we maintain a strict no-refund policy.
Non-Refundable Enrollment: Once a student has enrolled and made a payment for any course, the fees are non-refundable, under all circumstances. This applies to both full and partial payments, including those made via installment plans.
Blocked Seats & Institutional Commitments: Upon enrollment, your seat is secured and committed to the concerned university or college. Since these seats are limited and managed by third-party educational institutions, cancellations disrupt the process and make refunds non-viable.
No Refund for Non-Participation or Dropouts: If a student decides to withdraw from the course voluntarily or fails to participate after enrollment for any reason, no refund or course credit will be issued.
Disputes Regarding Course Content or Certification: All course-related content, certification types (degree, diploma, or certificate), academic evaluation, and recognition are solely determined by the respective university or college. As these aspects are beyond our control, no refunds will be issued on such grounds.
Exceptional Circumstances: In rare and unavoidable circumstances (such as a proven technical fault or institutional error where the student is not granted access to the course at all), requests for partial refunds may be considered. Such cases will be assessed at the sole discretion of the company’s management, and the decision will be final and binding. We strongly urge students to review all course-related details — including certification type, academic structure, fees, and university policies — through official channels before enrolling.
